Mild Hydrocracker

When a southwest refiner needed a Hydrocracking unit for their refinery, they turned to KP Engineering to get the job done.

We used a licensed third party process to design and construct a 15,000 barrels per stream day (BPSD) Hydrocracker with expansion capability to 30,000 BPSD. Using a basic information package from the Licensor, our team prepared a complete FEED package for the project.

FEED Package Preparation to the EPC Phase

Our experienced project team executed the FEED package preparation effectively and efficiently. The KPE project team members transitioned from the FEED to the EPC phase allowing for stronger project continuity in between phases, and ultimately completing the EPC project on time and under budget.
