All KPE employees and contractors must pass a series of nationally accredited training programs and thorough drug, alcohol and background screenings before they are permitted to enter a customer’s job site. All employees also have Stop Work Authority if they see a potential safety issue.

Our dedication extends to customized training for projects that include unique challenges not covered in traditional training programs. The KPE scope of training includes meeting site-specific safety requirements for each of our clients.
